Brake

Wiesauplast is the world market leader for highly complex safety plastic components in classic brake technology, and we are also at the forefront of new electromechanical braking systems. Furthermore, we manufacture highly complexplastic components for ABS and ESP systems.

Powertrain

We supply components for transmissions as well as components in engine-related system, for example, for intake manifolds or temperature control and monitoring in the engine. These are usually high-temperature applications or parts with sophisticated surface properties and complex requirements for geometr, precision and tightness.

Wiesauplast manufactures various air conditioning and air flow components as well as subassembliesfor example with the central gear at the “core” of mechanical air conditioning functions.

Electronics

Mechatronic systems as sensors for position detection are also available from Wiesauplast. We supply transmission and electronics housings with or without metal inserts, las well as plastic parts for the air mass meter. For this reason, our plastics and electronics skills are equally in demand.

Our innovative product range of thermomanagement is characterized by high performance material as PPS and most demanding tool technology. Products made in Wiesau and Mexico contribute to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Focal points include products, equipment, plants, systems, and facilities subject to the strictest mechanical, electrical, chemical, thermal, and biocide requirements. The usual range of requirements includes 1/100 tolerances and temperatures from -40 to +250 °C.
