Plastic Part for Thermal Management

This component, which is resistant to high temperatures (up to 140 °C), will be used for the thermal management of the supercharger. The pressure in this area can reach 2.3 bar. As a material, PA 4.6 / PA 6.6 / PA 6 with a glass fiber share of up to 50 % is used. Near the connections, there are high requirements for in order to ensure that the system remains tight. Technically demanding tool concepts are the basis for manufacturing these complex components.
